Rob Brewer, Owner and General Contractor of Spartan Construction, Inc. is a member of the Tulsa Home Builders Association and the recipient of the 1st Place Trophy of the Parade of Homes for 2018, 2019, & 2021. Rob has been in the construction business for over 35+ years and puts a lot of pride in the homes he builds.

He spends many hours overseeing the subcontractors to make sure everything is handled precisely the way he plans. It is not unusual to see him jump in to help get the job done. In doing so, he delivers homes that are of the highest quality and priced accordingly. Many of his clients return to have Rob build their next home.
